City of Ceres Utility Payments During Covid-19 Outbreak
All City of Ceres Offices are currently closed to the Public. At this time, we do not have an estimated date of reopening. We are currently monitoring developments at both the State and the Federal level and will continue to follow prevention guidelines set forth by all relevant agencies.
The City will not be disconnecting water service to customers due to non-payment during our office closures. Staff is still available to answer questions regarding your Utility Bill from the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, by calling 209-538-5757.
In addition to paying your bill by mail, you may pay your bill online at www.ci.ceres.ca.us, or by placing your payment in our drop box on the corner of 2nd and Magnolia Streets.
The Finance Department provides utility billing and collections administration for customers using City water, sewer and garbage services. This includes billing and payment services and maintenance of customer accounts.
