Housing Element

The City of Ceres is currently preparing an update for its Housing Element.

The previous City of Ceres 2014-2023 Housing Element (PDF) was approved at the City Council meeting on January 25, 2016. The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) sent a letter dated March 15, 2016 indicating that the City 2014-2023 Housing Element is certified.
