Description of Responsibilities: Hold public hearings and review development applications. Make recommendations to City Council on the General Plan, major planning studies, master plans, municipal code amendments, zoning changes, environmental studies and analysis. Perform architectural and site plan review to ensure new developments' integration into the existing and planned community fabric.
Normal Meeting Schedule: 1st and 3rd Mondays at 6:00 p.m. at the Ceres Community Center, 2701 4th Street in Ceres.
