Young At Heart Strength Training:  Ages 55+

Are you tired of paying high cost gym memberships and driving across town to get there?  Does the idea of exercising as a group 2 to 3 times a week in your own community sound fun and appealing to you?  Join this FREE exercise class, designed specifically for older adults. Join us Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9 to 10 am.

Zumba for Seniors: Ages 55+

Zumba for active adults and beginning students. Gentle dance and exercise program with a Latin flavor; Salsa, Merengue. Calypso, Belly Dance, and other international rhythms. No partner necessary.  Chair participants welcome (as are pillows). This program helps to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.  Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9 to 10 am


The Community Center offers a Senior Lounge where participants, 55 and older, can gather for games, movies, and other activities. The Senior Lounge is open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.
