Mitchell Ranch Center Project

The public is welcome to review the reports and other associated materials on the Mitchell Ranch Center that are included on this page. The City Council held public hearings on May 23, 2011, July 11, 2011, August 22, 2011 and September 12, 2011, to consider an appeal from Citizens for Ceres regarding the Planning Commission approval of the Mitchell Ranch Center project. On September 12, 2011, the City Council voted to deny the appeal and approve the Mitchell Ranch Center project by a 3 to 0 vote (Mayor Vierra abstained). City Council meetings are held in the Ceres Community Center, located at 2701 Fourth Street.
